This this cute townhouse was in a perfect location to walk to downtown Missoula and within an 8-10 minute walk to a river tubing rental place called the “Clark River River Yacht Club” and an e-bike rental place called “Spotted Dog.” The unit was clean, located on a tree-lined street, and had good AC. The kitchen was well equipped too. I would definitely stay here again.

Lovely clean place right where you want to be in Missoula! There was lots of space for our whole party. And the hosts were very accommodating when we had a special request for one of our older guests. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Great house for a sister trip. The location is fantastic and very walkable which also means it's close enough for some of the sirens and traffic noise, so if you're looking for a peaceful setting, this isn't the place. Having said that, we were able to walk to town, the campus, two different fantastic bakeries (visited daily 😁), numerous restaurants, and a decent market. The house was great, very clean and comfy with a well appointed kitchen and a nice backyard.

The address is 419 S 3rd St W, Unit A. From Interstate 90, take the Orange Street Exit and go south for 1 mile, cross the Clark Fork River and turn left at the first stoplight onto S 3rd St W, the property is the second one on the right. Park anywhere on the street or in the dedicated space for Unit A in the alley. Smart Lock is on the front door.
