We had a great stay here — just a quick one night stop in on a roadtrip. The location was perfect! Very walkable to Missoula’s downtown, or an even shorter drive. It was a quiet, nice neighborhood. Very spacious unit!

Stopped here for one night on our road trip. This place was so perfect. Check in was a breeze. We received a text that the house was ready early. Communication was exceptional! The backyard was great for our pup! Grill was there and ready to use for us. We were offered more propane should the tank not be full upon arrival. The bed was extra comfortable giving us a great night sleep for the long drive the next day! The kitchen was excellent to cook in. Couch was cozy. Given that pets are allowed in the home, it was free of at kind of hair or animal smell. Truly an exceptional house. Missoula is a great city. Everything is close including the grocery store! Wish we had longer to stay! We will be back!

Really good, walkable location that puts you right near downtown, the river and a lot of the best of what Missoula has to offer. Easy parking and entry. Washer/dryer are loud so don't plan on any laundry overnight. But there's lots of room to spread out, the rental was clean and had the basics in the kitchen stocked. Really enjoyed the time there and the walkability!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage after a long car drive from South Dakota. Everything was as described, the bedroom in the back had the most comfortable bed and bedding. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cute cottage in a beautiful neighborhood.

A very comfortable Airbnb with plenty of space for five adults. The space was clean and convenient to both the University as well as shops and restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. I would say the beds were medium comfortable. The only issue we ran into was that there were really only enough dishes for one meal at a time (i.e., we had to either hand wash or run the dishwasher after every meal) and some were pretty badly cracked or chipped; the knives were a bit sketchy; and there was only one dishtowel in the kitchen. More plates, bowls, glasses, and dishtowels would be really nice in this place. All this said, we will definitely book this place again in the future if it is available when we travel to Missoula.

Loved this place, needed a quick place to stay for a night and this was perfect. There were no complaints and felt like home and easy to find. Would recommend for really anyone, great price as well for how close of time we needed to book!

We had a really nice stay in unit C, which is a free-standing unit behind the duplex. Great interior, well-lit with large windows, and a generous kitchen/living room space. The walk-in shower is spacious and was clean and a pleasure to use. Parking (off an alley behind the unit) was accessible and convenient. It snowed lightly while we were there, and the yard was beautiful. In summer, the backyard and seating areas would be great for folks who enjoy being outside. It’s an older historic-feeling neighborhood, very quiet, yet convenient to streets which take you in moments into the old downtown area of Missoula, or, in the other direction, convenient to all manner of stores, including a great, huge bookstore, The Book Exchange, which also has a nice cafe—great spot!

We were in town for a wedding and the home was in the perfect location. Close to pretty much everything. It had everything we needed and ample space for 5 of us. We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here the next time we are back.

Fabulous place to stay! Excellent location if you need something close to the university. Although it was close to the freeway, we did not hear it at all in the neighborhood was very calm and pretty. Great hosts! Easy to work with and very responsive!Although it is pet friendly, it was very clean inside and you wouldn’t even know.

This house exceeded our expectations! We traveled with our dogs, and there is a good sized fenced yard with a nice deck to hang out on. There is a trailhead at the end of the road for Mt. Jumbo with the opportunity to connect to trails further up Rattlesnake Canyon. The house is very welcoming and had plenty of room for two people and two dogs. The location feels a little like being out of town while only being a five miniute drive to downtown.
